Terms and Conditions at Balmy Candles 

As we said all of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. We and when we say "we" I mean I because I am the only one that does everything. Because I hand-poured candles in small batches we are unable to return. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if you provide photos of damaged products within 5 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Because we are a small business if you decide you want to return something you must cover the cost of shipping unless we made a mistake in the products you selected. 
take care of your candles. We guarantee they will perform if you trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level,  flat fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children pets or plants.
Also if you order a costume candles there is no return.
